Customers travelling to/from Beccles who are travelling to/from stations between Halesworth and Ipswich will need to transfer from the shuttle bus service to the main Rail Replacement coach service at Halesworth. The smaller shuttle bus services pick up and drop off in the station car park at Beccles, just outside the station.
